Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. This ensures you receive the most accurate and fair shipping rate possible.

  • Rates are determined by our courier partners and may vary depending on your delivery address.
  • We do not add any additional handling charges – what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Delivery Timeframe: Expect your order to arrive within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary based on logistics and your location. Need your order sooner? Call us after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to expedite delivery.

Shipping Addresses: We only ship to physical addressesβ€”no post boxes. Ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel. We recommend using your work address for convenience.

Returns and Refunds

CPA Compliance: We are 100% CPA compliant.

Returning Faulty or Incorrect Products: If you need to return a faulty or incorrect product, contact us with your details, and we’ll arrange a free collection.

Refund and Exchange Policy: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. We may deduct a fair shipping and handling fee from refunds, in line with CPA and ECTA guidelines.
  • For faulty products under warranty, we’ll repair or replace them, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

Returning Unwanted Items: If you no longer want an item, notify us within 30 days of purchase. We can only issue a refund if the packaging is unopened and the item is unused. Refunds will be processed once we receive and assess the item’s condition.

Refund Process: Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that refunds to credit cards may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
